In December, All Star Press printed “Serviceberry” by artist Katie Lukes, for the Trail’s 10th Anniversary Print Series.
Katie Lukes is a Chicago-based illustrator and muralist. She describes her style and voice as an artist as being all about spreading joy, connecting people, and uplifting the unseen. She makes it her mission to celebrate everyday moments in life that are often overshadowed by busy schedules and distractions—like a colorful nudge to appreciate the little things.
In celebration of the Bloomingdale Trail’s 10th anniversary, we are releasing one poster each month from Chicago artists including Elloo, Ramiro, Blake Jones, Cujo, Delisha, Jeff Pak, Kate Lewis, Liz Flores, and Elloo. The series is curated by All Star Press. Each print has six colors and represents different visions of the Bloomingdale Trail. Each of the 12 prints will have a limited release of 100 and be available for sale on All Star Press’ website. Ten collector’s box sets of all 12 prints are also available.
