Friends of the Bloomingdale Trail invites you to attend the community cookbook launch celebrating the release of Berries for Bloomingdale: The Serviceberry Cookbook. Join us for this free event on Thursday, May 22, at Middle Brow, 2840 W. Armitage from 5:30-7:30pm. We’ll have cookbooks for sale for $15 each and tasty Middle Brow snacks. We look forward to seeing you there! 

If you can’t make the book launch, there will be another serviceberry-centric event on Wednesday, June 11, from 6:30-8:00pm at Skunk Cabbage Books, 2826 N. Milwaukee Ave. This event will feature serviceberry sampling and recipe sharing and copies of the cookbook will be on sale. More info available on Skunk Cabbage’s website.
